I live in Florida, but needed to arrange a divorce for one of my daughters who resides in Alabama. I found several attorney’s in Alabama that would handle the case but all wanted thousands of dollars in retainers, just to be engaged on the job, without any encouragement on a positive outcome. Then I found Mr. Smith and his company "Alabama Divorce Services". What a refreshing difference. His upbeat attitude, knowledge of the Alabama legal system, and his get-it-done work ethic impressed me right off. As soon as I briefed him on my daughter's case, he gave me his opinion on what to expect, options that might come in to play, and quoted me excellent prices on the various options I might need. Once we agreed on the phone, he started generating documentation that very day! The man is a divorce tornado, got busy on my case, and did not let up one bit. He kept me informed step-by-step, both by phone and by email. He provided clear and concise instructions to both me (the payor), and the two parties in the case. Everything sailed through to completion without a problem, on time and on budget. Due to his diligence and attention to detail the divorce was granted within days after filing the petition. No hangups in the court or with the judge. From beginning to end in under 60 days. And by the way, I never had to leave my home in Florida. We conducted this all through electronic mail using process servers and notaries. It was as easy as ordering a pizza. I highly recommend Mr. Smith and "Alabama Divorce Services". And I will recommend to my other 5 daughters that if they want a divorce, move to Alabama first! Thank you, Mr. Smith!

You were quick to answer any questions I had and gave suggestions such as having quit claim deeds made to protect property owned prior to marriage. The Smith Law Firm made my whole divorce quick and to the point. I originally tried to file through my county, on my own with a company that sold me some forms, without success due to "missing documents" and "failure to appear in court,". I wasted my money and time with this. When I Googled for divorce attorneys in Alabama I was hesitant considering he was extremely "cheap." I read numerous testimonials that praised his work. He was the best person for my case. His prices may be "cheap" compared to most lawyers but his performance isn't!! Not only does he break everything down from literally "you sign here, ex husband signs here," he gave me a piece of mind. I could call with any silly question that I was unsure about and he happily answered them all. My case was uncontested, no children, no assets and he made this process completely painless. I wish I would have went with him from day one! Before finding Mr. Smith and after my failed DIY divorce through the state, I wasted $100 for a consultation through another lawyer who estimated $1000 for my ‘cut and dry case’. That lawyer stated "you will not find it cheaper than this." She was WRONG! I'm so blessed for Attorney Reggie Smith to have completed my case with ease and cost efficiency.
