I live in Florida, but needed to arrange a divorce for one of my daughters who resides in Alabama. I found several attorney’s in Alabama that would handle the case but all wanted thousands of dollars in retainers, just to be engaged on the job, without any encouragement on a positive outcome. Then I found Mr. Smith and his company "Alabama Divorce Services". What a refreshing difference. His upbeat attitude, knowledge of the Alabama legal system, and his get-it-done work ethic impressed me right off. As soon as I briefed him on my daughter's case, he gave me his opinion on what to expect, options that might come in to play, and quoted me excellent prices on the various options I might need. Once we agreed on the phone, he started generating documentation that very day! The man is a divorce tornado, got busy on my case, and did not let up one bit. He kept me informed step-by-step, both by phone and by email. He provided clear and concise instructions to both me (the payor), and the two parties in the case. Everything sailed through to completion without a problem, on time and on budget. Due to his diligence and attention to detail the divorce was granted within days after filing the petition. No hangups in the court or with the judge. From beginning to end in under 60 days. And by the way, I never had to leave my home in Florida. We conducted this all through electronic mail using process servers and notaries. It was as easy as ordering a pizza. I highly recommend Mr. Smith and "Alabama Divorce Services". I've heard so many horror stories about how expensive and long divorces are, but my paperwork was done the next day and then I received an email with my divorce decree within the same week.
